Philippians 4:2-3

Verse: I plead with Euodia and I plead with Syntyche to be of the same mind in the Lord. Yes, and I ask you, my true companion, help these women since they have contended at my side in the cause of the gospel, along with Clement and the rest of my co-workers, whose names are in the book of life.

Insight: There will always be differences between church members, and people in general, especially when they are serving in the same team. As part of the body of Christ we must have each other’s back. We have to remember why we do what we do. Being in unity and with the right perspective allows us to look beyond secondary preferences so that we can focus on the main purpose.

Prayer: Thank you, Lord for reminding me that at the end of the day it’s all about you. Remind me not to allow differences become an obstacle in serving you and others. May people see us as one, just as You and the Father are One. In Jesus Name, Amen.
