Psalm 78:23-25

Yet he gave a command to the skies above and opened the doors of the heavens; 24 he rained down manna for the people to eat, he gave them the grain of heaven. 25 Human beings ate the bread of angels; he sent them all the food they could eat.

Often it feels like our needs are many and constant. Instead of thriving and living in a place of overflow, sometimes we have seasons of what can feel like a drought. Let’s remember that our God is a God of plenty. He provided manna for his people when they had no other food source. We serve a God of miracles. Even when our present situations may feel or appear scarce, God can and will provide. The Bible reminds us to take heart, because He has overcome the world.

Lord, will you help remind us that we can look to you to meet all of our needs. You are the same God that created our World in a breath. We can look to you to provide for us. Thank you for loving us and always being our source. Amen.
