1 Cor 3:7-8

Verse: “It’s not important who does the planting, or who does the watering. What’s important is that God makes the seed grow. The one who plants and the one who waters work together with the same purpose. And both will be rewarded or their own hard work.”

Insight: God’s unique design of each one of us leaves no room for competition or comparison. He has given each of us a specific job to further his kingdom. The world knowing the love of our Heavenly Father through his son, Jesus, is our common purpose. Your story may be the first time someone hears of Jesus, or you may be the one others look to with their questions about him; whether you’re in front or behind the scenes, you are a vital part of tending God’s fields of grace.

Prayer: Lord, thank you for creating us so individually equal. Give us your wisdom in how you’ve made us to impact this world with your love. Help us to remain focused on you, knowing the accolades of this world are nothing compared to the glorious reward that awaits us, in Jesus name, AMEN!
